Sound and Light Requirements:
Sound is an important factor of Kenny's show (in-house ceiling speakers are NOT to be used for Kenny's performance)
Audiences up to 300
The following are the minimum requirements:
1. One (1) sound re-enforcement system which consists of one (1) mixer/amplifier board, 800 Watt minimum and two (2) speakers.
2. One Microphone and Boom Stand
3. All necessary cords for system
4. Front lighting, which may be one of following:
Two (2) 500-Watt lights; OR One (1) 1000 watt light;
OR
One (1) stage spotlight
EVENT PROGRAM SCHEDULE INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Kenny's performance will be forty-five (45) to sixty (60) minutes depending on the audience.
2. His show should be scheduled immediately before or immediately following dinner.
3. For programs with schedules in excess of four (4) hours, the comedy portion should not be scheduled after the 2-hour mark, i.e. cocktails at 6:00 pm, comedy at 7:30 pm, awards presentations, speeches, etc., following comedy show.
TYPE OF STAGE:
Staging is very important for your audience to see and enjoy Kenny's show.
Stage should be a minimum of 12ft X 8ft, placed strategically for the best sight lines.
Audiences over 300 or Outdoor
Since most performances with audiences over 300 are commercial ventures, we will need to discuss our requirements with your stage manager.
